Free-planner form

The free-planner form validates your entry in your browser and opens the download page, but no email marketing provider is connected. The temporary site does not transmit or store the address entered in that form.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are emailed to support@ruralcommerce.co through the Hostinger hosting service so we can review and respond. The website does not add the submission to a marketing list or a separate website database. The support mailbox retains the message until it is no longer needed for correspondence, recordkeeping, or security.

Marketing email

Before marketing-email collection begins, this policy will be updated to name the service provider, explain retention and consent, and provide unsubscribe and deletion instructions. Marketing email will not be sent without an appropriate consent process.

Affiliate links

When you follow an affiliate link, the destination site and affiliate network may use cookies or similar technology to attribute a referral. Their privacy policies govern that activity. You can review the destination's terms before purchasing.

Server and technical data

Our hosting provider may process routine technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and service operation. A short-lived one-way identifier may be used to limit contact-form spam. We do not currently add analytics or advertising trackers.

Your choices

You may avoid entering an email and navigate directly to the planner download page. You may also adjust browser settings or leave the site before following third-party links.
